Job Description


 The Law Enforcement Contract Administrator coordinates contract document preparation, tendering processes, contract award, execution, and closeout processes in accordance with the company guidelines for contracting and procurement. Contracts Administrator is responsible maintaining contract records and updates to all contracts.

Essential duties and accountabilities

  1. Serves as the primary interface between the company and Government Contracting Agencies.
  2. Responsible for tracking all bids and deadlines for submission.
  3. Coordinates between all departments to prepare the bid packets and submit the correct information.
  4. Supports Law Enforcement Business Development request for information and administrative support.
  5. Track all bids and contracts to include deadlines and updates.
  6. Responds to Government and Law Enforcement contract customer inquiries via phone and through e-mail history, and phone conversation history.
  7. Must work closely with SVP of Law Enforcement Sales to develop sales plans, presentations, and track sales numbers for the sales team.
  8. Willingness to travel a few times a year to attended sales meetings or contract/bid meetings.
  9. The ability to track and publish sales numbers for the sales organization.
  10. Performs other duties as necessary and assigned.

§  High school graduate or GED required.

§  Must read, write, and understand Basic English.

§  (2) two to (5) five year Contract Administrator work experience or technical training in closely related field. 

§  Detailed oriented with good basic Customer Services.

§  Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function for this position

§  The ability to work in a team environment.

§  Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Power Point.

physical demands

Sitting for long periods. Dexterity and coordination to handle files and single pieces of paper; occasional lifting

of items weighing up to (25) twenty-five pounds such as files, stacks of paper, reference and other materials.

Moving from place to place within the office; minimum reaching for items above and below desk level.

Strength, dexterity, coordination and vision to use keyboard and video display terminal for prolonged periods.
