The Packout Processer is responsible for inspect all products that have been completed through the manufacturing process and packed for shipment. This person is also responsible for conducting a standard defined inspection determining the quality integrity of all SOF’s (Sales Order Form) of finished product.
Essential Duties and Accountabilities
1. Verifies Customers original purchase order matches the sales order.
2. Performs inspection on all sales orders before it is shipped out.
3. Places accurate label and stamp on all packages after inspection.
4. Places packages after inspections in appropriate area; for example, a passing package belongs in the blue staging area whereas a failing package belongs in the red tape nonconformance area in the Shipping Department.
5. Documents each package’s final inspection using the 831466 form.
6. Diligently attends to details and pursues quality in accomplishing tasks.
7. Maintains a safe and clean work area.
8. Responsible for working according to the company’s safety and quality standards.
9. Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function for this position.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions
§ Requires standing for a prolonged period of time and lifting up to 25 lbs. unassisted.
§ Requires repetitive movements with fingers, hands and arms.
§ Requires walking and moving in narrow spaces for long periods of time.
