Job Description


ISO manager position is an essential part of the Quality Management System for Point Blank Enterprises. This position requires engagement with all functional departments to ensure compliance and improvements to the required international quality standards such as ISO 9001, 14001 and BA 9000. This position will support various facilities in the PBE portfolio requiring travel availability. Risk Assessment/Mitigation and data driven analysis is a critical function for this position.



1.       ISO system management for all facilities in the Point Blank Enterprises Portfolio

2.       Ongoing maintenance of the established ISO systems

3.       External ISO third party audit contact

4.       ISO requirements training of the company management

5.       Scheduled Internal Audits and Non-Scheduled Special Audits and Upkeep of Risk Assessment

6.       Reporting on how well the company is performing to the ISO standard

7.       Management Review package compilation

8.       Participate in Safety and Environmental programs

9.       Special Reviews of Training

10.    Data Analysis and Countermeasure

11.    Special Projects

12.    Travel when needed


Continuous Improvement (CI):  Has to be a key part of this job function supported with clearly defined projects with a continuous improvement trend during the project and a before and after set of measures.

Managing Work: Projects need a clear definition, a set of tasks identified, clear responsibilities and timing and the overall project will have a defined deadline.

Communicating: Weekly report-out with an established set of deliverables.

Learning & Adapting:  An expectation of the job.

Maximizing Resources: Project and time management are required.

Quality & Customer Focus:  These are paramount to the success of this job function.

Managing Others:  Direct or indirect reports will require the proper management and supervision.


·         Prior experience with ISO9001, ISO14001, BA900 or similar to the established Point Blank Compliance standards.


·         Some lifting from time to time – but under a 40 pound weight limit.  Some sitting and computer work.
