Coordinates the annual open enrollment process for
the entire organization, including the scheduling of employees for their
enrollments and processing benefit elections in the system.
Coordinates day to day benefit processing including,
but not limited to: New employee enrollments and benefits changes reporting,
terminations, COBRA processing.
Reconciles monthly benefits bills, audits HRIS
benefits information and develops carrier error reports.
Cooperates with employees to resolve benefits
questions and problems by researching benefits policies and acting as liaison
manages relationships with benefits brokers, auditors, third-party
administrators and insurance companies to ensure adherence to accepted
