Title: QUALITY ASSURANCE DATA ENTRY CLERK

The Quality Assurance Data
Entry Clerk shall verify accuracy of identification and traceability data in
electronic production records and inspection reports.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

fields are complete and with accurate data;
Gather and obtain
information that is missing in electronic or hard copy records;
If data is
missing or unclear, the Clerk must interact with Production Leads and
Supervisors and Quality Control Leads and Supervisors to acquire data that is
on electronic and/or hard copy production and quality records;
Must be able to
identify discrepancies or inconsistencies in data;
and sort documents for data entry;
copy documents in sequential order as required;
analyze data on inspection reports; and
electronic and hard copy documents in designated locations.

Qualifications/requirements: This position requires an extremely
detailed oriented person. Employee must be fluent in the English language in
written and oral form; bilingual in the Spanish language required. Employee
needs to be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Employee needs to have
the ability to work under pressure, multi task, and have exceptional
organizational skills to keep up with production goals. Must be able to
generate, read, and analyze reports.

in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Accordingly,
all Quality Assurance Data Entry Clerks must be U.S. persons within the meaning
of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S.
person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'),
Temporary Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee.
High School Diploma or equivalent. One year administrative experience
in the capacity of Data Entry or Document Control required; experience in
manufacturing and/or quality control preferred.
