Helps Returns Manager in coordinating training and
ensures team members are crossed trained.
Works with Form CS319 to make sure all information
is correct and accurate and all RMS’s Have RMF numbers on them.
Coordinates even distribution of RMA’s to Team
Helps other team members if they come across difficult
or complex RMA request(s).
Ensures team is working together effectively and
Reports any team needs to the Returns Manager.
Helps with any issues in the Office if the Returns
Manager is on the floor or away from his/her desk.
Assists and helps the Returns Manager if officers
come into the front office and the Manager is not available.
Understands the returns process and how to fix,
repair, or replace vest Outer Shells, Ballistics, Plates, etc.
10. Works well with
the people on the floor.

with Returns Floor Supervisor in setting priorities and working with any
issues that come up during the process.

with the Receiving Department when Returns come in without any paperwork.
