Job Description


The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for developing and allocating work orders to ensure the highest productivity and efficiency on the floor within scheduling.

Essential Duties and Accountabilities

1.      Supervises Aggregation personnel.

2.      Creates and maintains all weekly schedules.

3.      Provides reports to assist Production personnel track order status.

4.      Works with personnel in multiple Departments to collect data and information needed to produce needed reports.

5.      Alerts Assembly of any complete orders.

6.      Notifies Assembly of any plate or ID Panel orders.

7.      Maintains color paper inventories.

8.      Responsible for working according to the Company’s safety and quality standards.

9.      Maintains a safe and clean work area.

10.  Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

    Equivalent or combination of experience, training or education. Must read, write and understand Basic English. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Ability to use different types of software to gather and organize data. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function for this position. Must be authorized to work in the USA.

    Physical Demands and Working Conditions

      Requires sitting for a prolonged period of time. Requires dexterity and coordination to handle files, boxes and materials. Requires minimum reaching for items above and below desk level. Requires strength, coordination and vision to use keyboard and video display terminal for prolonged periods.

      §  Requires walking, climbing, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 25 lbs.

      §  Requires repetitive movements with fingers, hands, wrist, and arms.
