Essential Duties
and Accountabilities
1.
Prepare, compile and sort documents
for data entry.
2.
Enter data from source documents
into prescribed computer database, files and forms.
3.
Scan documents into document
management systems or databases.
4.
Check completed work for accuracy
and verify data is correct where necessary.
5.
Obtain further information for
incomplete documents.
6.
Cross train in creating DCR, Work
Instructions, Calibration Functions and Build sheet Control
7.
Responsible for working according
to the company’s safety and quality standards.
8.
Maintains a safe and clean work
area.
9.
Performs
other duties as required and assigned.
10. Create
DCR, Work Instructions, Calibration Functions and Build sheet Controls with
minimal supervision.
11. Create
presentations on findings when requested for example: Quality Alert.
