Recruits for all levels of the organization for all
locations, including direct hires and temporary positions through job fairs,
social media and headhunting strategies.
Performs researches on market salary data and drafts
Maintains job postings updates, according to OFFCP
Manages the Applicant Tracking System and completes
the annual Affirmative Action Plan.
Serves as a liaison between the company and its
Creates weekly and monthly recruiting and staffing reports
for upper management and Accounting.
Audits Staffing Agencies invoices and billing
reports on a weekly basis.
Facilitates new hire and employee relocation efforts.
Completes all pre-employment screenings for selected
Communicates personnel changes such as new hires,
transfers, promotions, HR reminders, wellness tips, employee benefits and
other related information through internal communication channels i.e.,
e-boards and emails to the entire organization.
Cross-trains with the Department to serve as a back
up for HR related functions.
Cooperates in employee relations events including,
but not limited to monthly birthday celebrations, safety raffles, open

functions as a First Responder, as needed.
Responsible for working according to the company’s
