Monitors department input of hours to ensure
accuracy of data received is in accordance with prescribed payroll timetable.
Reviews, supports and assists operations in
obtaining information for payroll processing.
Works with Management and HR to resolve payroll
Processes bi-weekly and weekly payroll and makes all
associated entries and adjustments to ensure accuracy.
Compiles payroll data such as garnishments, vacation
time, sick time, insurance and 401(k) deductions.
Pulls electronic time clocks (Kronos) and reviews
the downloaded information for completeness and accuracy.
Contacts various department supervisors for any

of Federal/State/Local wage, tax laws changes internal contractual changes
impacting the payroll operation and participates in the planning and
implementation of programs to impact these changes.
11. Performs routine
and non-routine data retrieval, research, analysis, and reporting from the
payroll records as requested.
12. Acts as liaison
between Kronos and company for troubleshooting and general information as

system-wide payroll resource by resolving problems of a non-routine nature
and by communicating system-wide payroll procedural changes to payroll
14. Maintains the
quarterly Employer’s Tax Return, Form 941, for the Internal Revenue Service
and the State of Florida and any other appropriate forms as it relates to
