Job Description

 

SUMMARY

The process assurance analysts are responsible for inspecting multiple areas, products, processes and documents to ensure zero mistakes are achieved. 

Essential duties and accountabilities

1.        Inspect documents, products, processes according to official company documents and checklists;

2.        Coach and train operators on mistakes/errors found;

3.        Compare multiple documents to ensure they are consistent;

4.        Inspect products and shipments according to Company’s and Customers’ requests;

5.        Ensure that products and services are delivered on-time.

QUALIFICATION:

§  High School Diploma or its Equivalent.

§  Must be fluent in English (write, read, speak).

§  Must be able to use excel.

§  Attention to detail and organization.

§  Team working ability.

§  Must be authorized to work in the USA.

physical demands

§  Ability to sit or stand for prolonged period of time, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and lifting up to         40lbs.
