JOB TITLE: SENIOR DIRECTOR TECHNICAL SERVICES

POSITION SUMMARY: The position ensures
that services for TPG, to include, facilities and infrastructure, safety,
quality systems, quality control, and process engineering, are providing
internal and external support to meet customer and regulatory
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
& Infrastructure o Responsible for oversight of the Facilities and
Infrastructure departments to ensure that infrastructure and work environment
requirements are met and facilities are maintained in a manner suitable to meet
customer and regulatory requirements.
Directs project management, to include budget
management, for facility & infrastructure related activities.
Directs management of TPG’s Environmental Health
& Safety Program ensuring compliance is met with federal, state, and local
Directs the Quality Systems department to ensure
that a quality management system is established, implemented and maintained in
accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001 and
Directs the Quality Control department to ensure
quality control activities are carried out in accordance to customer and
Directs the Process Engineering department to
ensure that the product realization process is carried out in accordance with
internal QMS procedures, to include the Company’s Gate Process (TPG-SOP-GATE),
and with customer and regulatory requirements.
Other duties may be assigned to meet business
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: Considerable knowledge of
principles and practices of personnel administration, effective oral and
written communications skills, excellent interpersonal skills.
QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions
consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state and local standards,
including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
Ability to maintain reasonably regular, punctual attendance
consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state and local standards.
Compliance with all personnel policies.
This position requires use of and access to information which is
subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Accordingly, all Industrial Maintenance

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE: Minimum High School diploma and/or
equivalency; post-secondary education in related field preferred. Minimum 5
years in leadership role of technical services.
