Job Description

Summary of Duties:

  • Managing Prepare and oversee financial reporting to the US Government contracting authority in the form and format contractually required.
  • Track, report and analyze financial performance against CLINs and other contractual milestones and required.
  • Track, manage and oversee project accounting of subcontractors against WBS and ILM and progress against budgeted amounts.
    • Subcontracts to include issuing incremental funding
    • Submitting invoices to the Gov't
    • Managing the documentation for funding subcontractors
    • Reporting actuals against budgets
  • Interact with Governmental Contract Authorities.
  • Interact and provide Program Manager another communication outlet to Government and Subcontractor Personnel.
  • Read Contract, interpret in conjunction with Technical Manager and Program Manager financial reporting requirements consistent with the FAR, DFARS and other Federal Government Contracting regulations.
  • Maintain financial accounting records in accordance with Defense Cost Accounting Standards and rules. Interact with and Defense Contract Accounting Agency.


  • Highly skilled in the use of AX, Excel, and any other electronic programs required to comply with government reporting requirements.
  • Highly skilled in reading and writing and speaking in English. 
  • Skilled in developing ad hoc reports and presentations as required.
