Job Description


The Returns Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Returns Manager, ensuring that goals and objectives are achieved. This person is also responsible for attending to all tasks assigned by the Returns Manager.

Essential Duties and Accountabilities

1.      Helps Returns Manager in coordinating training and ensures team members are crossed trained.

2.      Works with Form CS319 to make sure all information is correct and accurate and all RMS’s Have RMF numbers on them.

3.      Coordinates even distribution of RMA’s to Team Members.

4.      Helps other team members if they come across difficult or complex RMA request(s).

5.      Ensures team is working together effectively and efficiently.

6.      Reports any team needs to the Returns Manager.

7.      Helps with any issues in the Office if the Returns Manager is on the floor or away from his/her desk.

8.      Assists and helps the Returns Manager if officers come into the front office and the Manager is not available.

9.      Understands the returns process and how to fix, repair, or replace vest Outer Shells, Ballistics, Plates, etc.

10.  Works well with the people on the floor.

11.  Works closely with Returns Floor Supervisor in setting priorities and working with any issues that come up during the process.

12.  Works closely with the Receiving Department when Returns come in without any paperwork.

13.  Has great communication skills (Bi-Lingual).  Deals with Customers, Returns Team, and operators on the floor.

14.  Assist Returns Manager where needed.

    High School Diploma or its equivalent. Minimum (1) one to (2) two years of experience in a related role or in an apparel manufacturing environment. Sewing, Fabric and or Textile Manufacturing environment experience required. Ability to use computer software and applications. Strong analytical skills. Ability to motivate others, delegate work, and explain ideas. Work willingness and flexibility. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function for this position. Able to understand basic work and safety instructions in English. Must be authorized to work in the USA.
