Responsible for maintaining production goals and
ensuring department production is completed accurately and timely.
Confirms that items from the Cutting and Production
Department match the items ordered called for on the work order.
Ensures that products are produced timely,
effectively and meets or exceeds the company’s quality standards.
Responsible for the shift supervision of
manufacturing workers and for effectively interfacing with maintenance,
quality, inventory purchasing, and upper management.
Ensures that production schedule is met by
distributing workload in satisfy changing priorities.
Oversees and or conducts training of new or existing
Works closely with plant supervision to assist and
ensure employees follow company policies and health and safety guidelines.
Supervises and motivates employees including
evaluating performance, identifying training needs, and issuing corrective
actions based on employees’ performance and productivity.
