Summary
This is position is
primarily for driving a multi-passenger golf cart for daily routes, with the
addition of light facilities duties and errand work required throughout the
day. Ensures and documents safety checks daily before the operation of the
golf cart. Reports maintenance needs as needed. Provides great customer service
to the passengers. Runs errands and makes deliveries as needed.
Essential
Duties and Responsibilities
1.
Drives in accordance
with Florida driving requirements.
2.
Wears seatbelt at all
times and makes sure all passengers do the same.
3.
Transports employees and
guests to and from areas throughout the property.
4.
Ensures the proper use
and storage of golf carts after each shift.
5.
Assists with other facilities
duties as necessary.
6.
Runs errands as
necessary.
7.
Observe and report
suspicious activities and persons.
8.
Must have a sense of urgency
and great customer service.
Qualifications:
- Valid state Driver’s License
with clean driving record.
- Ability to interact with all
levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service oriented
manner.
- Strong time management skills
with the ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to
meet deadlines.
- Must be able to work in outdoor
weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, strong winds, etc.).
- Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, and
weekends. This requires driving during various weather conditions
- As a condition of employment,
