Reports to: Technical Support Manager
The Sewing Machine Mechanic is responsible for
conducting sewing machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs, and performing

2. Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs
of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance
repairs of production equipment during machine service.

4. Performs mechanic skills including, but
not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting
and repair of production machines.
5. Reads and interprets equipment manuals
and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.

- High School Diploma or its equivalent.
- Able to understand basic work and safety
instructions in English.
- Must be able to work with little or no supervision.
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential

Physical Demands and Working Conditions
- Requires sitting or standing for a prolonged period
- Requires bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and
lifting up to 25 lbs.
- May be required to wear hearing protection when
machines are running due to sufficient noise.
