Title: ASSISTANT DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

Position Summary:
The Assistant Document
Controller will support all activities associated with the control of
documented information process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ø Maintain
Nonconforming Product records;
Ø Identification
and preparation of records to be sent to Iron Mountain for long term storage;
Ø Scan
and file records as required; and
Ø Support
the Document Controller on distributing controlled copies.
Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
Qualifications/requirements:
This position requires an
extremely detailed oriented person. Requires excellent communication skills in
the English language, in both verbal and written form, with an ability to
interact with professionals from a variety of disciplines. Employee needs to be
proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Employee needs to have the ability
to work under pressure, multi task, and have exceptional organizational skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability
to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with the
ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting
qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
Ability
to maintain reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA,
FMLA, and other federal, state and local standards.
Compliance
with all personnel policies.
This position requires
use of and access to information which is subject to the International Traffic
in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Accordingly,
all Senior Document Controllers must be U.S. persons within the meaning of
ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S.
Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Temporary Resident, Political
Asylee, or Refugee.
Education/Training/Experience:
High School Diploma or
equivalent. One year administrative experience in the capacity of Data Entry or
Document Control required
