Job Description

SUMMARY:

Quality & Systems Coordinator is an essential part of the quality programs for Point Blank Enterprises. This job function has responsibilities associated with Improvement Activities, Corrective Action Lead and Follow-up, ISO System Management, Key Data Audits, Key Process Audits, Traceability Oversight and Multiple Site Audits/Reviews.  

DUTIES & ACCONTABILITIES:

·        Process Improvement projects

·        Training Verification and Records – Actual Training & Verification

·        Training Completion Database

·        Internal Key Process and Product Audits – Multiple Sites

·        ISO System Upkeep & Maintenance –Multiple Sites

·        ISO System Audits - Internal

·        Key Data Audits and Countermeasure Development and Implementation

·        Third Party Registrar Management   Responsibilities

·        Risk Assessment

·        QA PPP/PRR/Solicitations Compilation (Flow Charts, Control Plan, FMEAs)

·        Work Instruction Involvement

·        Traceability Reviews and Improvement Methods

·        Procedure Development Involvement

·        Corrective Action Lead and Verification of Continued Implementation

·        Management Review package compilation

·        Key Participant in Safety and Environmental programs

·        Special Projects & Travel when needed


QUALIFICATIONS:

 

·        Prior experience with ISO9001, ISO14001, BA9000 or similar to the established Point Blank Compliance standards. Ability to assess data/ processes and develop improvement activities. Good communication.

·        Proficient use of Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Adobe.

·         Beneficial to have manufacturing, testing, inspection knowledge. 


PHYSICAL DEMANDS 


Some lifting from time to time – but under a 40 pound weight limit.  Some sitting and computer work.
