Job Description

Summary

The Returns Alterations Clerk is responsible for attending to all tasks on the production floor in the Alterations Department, meaning, to be able to assume different functions and tasks.

Essential Duties and Accountabilities

1.       Responsible to support alterations tasks as needed, such as:

·       Receiving of product from the Receiving Department and verifies the paperwork against the returned item.

·       Organizes the product received and ensures it matches the accompanying paperwork.

·       Works closely with the Returns Floor Team Lead to ensure all daily production and tasks are completed.

·       Helps in assembly of RMA carriers and make sure they are ready for Quality Control inspection.

2.       Responsible to support Production supervisor in variety of tasks, such as:

·       Maintains production goals and ensures returns department production is completed accurately and timely.

·       Confirms items from alterations and remakes match the items ordered by the customer (RMA’s and RMF’s), built-in QC.

3.       Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

4.       Performs other related duties required by Returns Manager


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required or equivalent experience. 
  • Able to understand basic work and safety instructions in English.
  • Basic knowledge of excel and corporate systems.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function for this position
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

  • Requires sitting or standing for prolonged period.
  • Requires walking, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 20 lbs.
  • Requires repetitive movements with fingers, hands, wrist, and arms.
