The
IT Application Development Manager will be responsible for leading and
mentoring a team of software engineers in the design, development, testing,
and construction of all applications to run in our information technology
environment. Primary responsibilities are to work closely with management,
customers, Quality Assurance, Product Design, Product management, and
customer support to maintain and develop new products.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS/BA or MA in Computer Sciences, related field or
equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of (5)
five years of management/ leadership experience in a software support required.
- Minimum of (5)
five years of experience coaching and leading software development
teams.
- Must have at
least 4 years’ experience working through the design, development, and
release cycle delivering software to market.
- Experience with
Team Foundation Version Control
- (5) Five years of experience in managing Microsoft
SQL Server and Oracle databases
- (5) Five years of experience developing applications
in asp.net, HTML, C#.netStrong
understanding of the software development cycle.
- Strong leadership,
project management skills, time management, and problem solving skills.
- Project
management experience desired.
- Be able to
excel in idea generation, evaluation, and prioritization, customer and
partner engagement, cross-functional technical program management and
build/ develop great engineering teams.
- Experience
solving complex software problems.
- A record of successful
delivery of software systems as an individual, team leader and or/
development manager.
- A willingness
to dive into software environments and technical issues as part of
maintaining the skills necessary to manage and advocate products and
projects.
- An
entrepreneurial spirit with strong product and program management
skills.
- Ability to work
with technical and non-technical business owners to get things done
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft desktop & server
operating systems and networking components.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft suite of
applications as they relate to and interact with the enterprise network.XML experience Database performance tuning experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server database
structures
- Knowledge of
web server infrastructure (IIS)
Regular and

periods. Dexterity and coordination to handle files and single pieces of
paper; occasional lifting of items weighing up to (25) twenty-five pounds

desk level. Strength, dexterity, coordination and vision to use keyboard and
video display terminal for prolonged periods.
