Summary

The position provides administrative support for the Production Department for Military. The Admin Assistant performs 80% data entry and will learn the WAWF invoicing program and badge printing system. The Admin Assistant must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, and database software. 

Essential Duties:

·        Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database system using keyboard, data recorder or optical scanners

·        Enter data provided directly from customers or VP into the system.

·        Create spreadsheets with large number of figures without mistakes

·        Verify data by comparing it to source documents

·        Update existing data

·        Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested

·        Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation

·        Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost

·        Create Badges and or process Invoice

Qualifications

    High School Diploma or Equivalent. Must read, write, and understand English. Must be able to perform mathematical functions (adding, subtracting, multiplication and division). Must be a US person.
      Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).Strong critical thinking skills. 

      Work schedule is Monday - Thursday 6am - 4:30pm

      Physical Demands and Working Conditions

        Requires standing for a prolonged period of time and lifting up to 50 lbs. Requires repetitive movements with fingers, hands and arms. Ability to use a ladder to reach high warehouse shelves. Must be able to work in a warehouse.
