Title: Process Assurance Inspector
Reports
to: Customer Service Manager
Summary
The
Process Assurance Inspector (SAT Team) is responsible for verifying accuracy
for all orders processed by the Customer Service Representatives.
Essential
Duties and Accountabilities
1.
Verifies
accuracy for all orders processed by Customer Service Representatives.
2. Coordinates
and brings to the Customer Service Representative’s attention if an order is
inaccurate.
3.
Logs
all orders into database.
4.
Maintains
a safe and clean work area.
5.
Responsible
for working according to the company’s safety and quality standards.
6.
Performs
other related duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications
·
High
School Diploma or its equivalent.
·
Able
to understand basic work and safety instructions in English.
·
Regular
and predictable attendance is an essential function for this position.
·
Must
be authorized to work in the USA.
Physical
Demands and Working Conditions
· Requires sitting or
standing for a prolonged period of time.
· Requires dexterity and
coordination to handle files, boxes and materials.
· Requires minimum
reaching for items above and below desk level.
· Requires strength,
coordination and vision to use keyboard and video display terminal for
prolonged periods.
· Requires walking,
bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 25 lbs. unassisted.
· Requires repetitive
movements with fingers, hands, wrist, and arms.
