ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.
- Verify data and correct data where necessary.
- Obtain further information for incomplete documents.
- Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer
database, files, and forms.
statistical reports based on maintained data on a periodic basis.
- Scan documents into document management systems or
- Check completed work for accuracy.
- Print information when required.
- Cross train in Create DCR, Work Instructions, Calibration
Functions and Build sheet Control.
- Responsible for working according to the company’s safety
and quality standards.
- Performs other duties as required and assigned.

- High School Diploma or its Equivalent.
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
Good working use of the computer.
- Able to determine
errant formulas and errant sets of data.
- Must be adept in the use of MS Office 2010 or later,
particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ideally Access or a similar database.
Proficient use of the internet and email.
- Good knowledge of the requirements for the products being
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential

Sitting for long periods. Dexterity and coordination to
handle files and single pieces of paper; occasional lifting of items weighing
up to twenty-five pounds such as files, stacks of paper, reference, and other
materials. Moving from place to place within the office; minimum reaching for
items above and below desk level. Strength, dexterity, coordination, and vision
to use keyboard and video display terminal for prolonged periods.
