Department: Military

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Contracts Administrator to join our team. This candidate must possess excellent organizational and project management skills, be a strong communicator and problem-solver. They should be able to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders while also driving projects forward to meet Military Contracts-related goals and objectives.

Job Description
Essential Duties and Accountabilities

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Create and manage spreadsheets and databases
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Identify project risks and develop contingency plans
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members
  • Communicate project progress to stakeholders, including senior management
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
  • Oversees the daily progress and maintains detailed information in all trackers
  • Capable of collaborating with all departments, gathering essential information, and distributing it appropriately
  • Capable of communicating with personnel from the US government
  • Responsible for working according to the Company‚Äôs safety and quality protocols
  • Maintains a safe and clean work area
  • Performs other duties as required and assigned

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Proficient in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or similar tools is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint / Excel power user is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Physical Demands and Working Conditions
  • Requires sitting for a prolonged period of time.
  • Requires strength, coordination and vision to use keyboard and video display terminal for prolonged periods.
  • Requires walking, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 25 lbs. unassisted.
  • Requires repetitive movements with fingers, hands, wrist, and arms.
  • Required to travel when needed.
  • This is an in-office position and does not offer hybrid or remote options.
