Essential Duties and Accountabilities Quality Data Entry Level 1 1. Collects all sub-contractor and production work order. 2. Inventory all of the labels and ribbons. 3. Generate labels. 4. Facilitate shipments to customers. 5. Distribute labels to Sub-Contractors. 6. Enter data received from all Departments and Sub-Contractors. 7. Assign BIN location. 8. Responsible for working according to the company’s safety and quality standards. 9. Maintains a safe and clean work area. 10. Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions § Requires sitting for a prolonged period of time. § Requires moving from place to place within the office with minimal reaching of times above or below desk level. § Requires handling files, stacks of papers reference and other materials with lifting up to 25lbs. § Requires strength, dexterity, coordination and vision to use keyboard and video display terminal for prolonged periods.
